Vuelta a Burgos (st. 4)

Nairo Quintana goes throught stage four with no troubles, will fight for success tomorrow at the summit of the Vuelta a Burgos. Roux (FDJ) wins eventful sprint

The leader of the 2013 Vuelta a Burgos, Anthony Roux (FDJ), took the win on stage four -162km from Doña Santos to Santo Domingo de Silos- after a complicated sprint with three turns and a narrow passage into the final 150 meters, where Daniele Ratto (CAN), first through the finish, made a manoeuvre considered as irregular by the race jury. The bunch kick was the end of a calm day for the Movistar Team, with Nairo Quintana always well-protected by his team-mates to come across the finish in 15th place.

The Lagunas de Neila (HC), the final of six climbs into a Queen stage (170km) starting at Comunero de Revenga, will be the playground for battle as Nairo Quintana goes for the double goal of the stage and the overall, the Colombian now 17 seconds adrift. On his way, a difficult, final 70k, with the ascents towards the Cargadero (Cat-2), the Collado (Cat-2, twice) and the difficult Pasil de Rozavientos (Cat-1).
