Telephone squad to wear again O2 logo on its sleeves during Grande Boucle; gear available on movistarteamshop.com

For the second year in a row, the Movistar Team will change its racing kit slightly during the Tour de France, wearing the logo of O2, Telefónica brand in the United Kingdom, on the sleeves of its jersey. From Saturday, with stage one departing from Leeds, Alejandro Valverde and his eight team-mates into the world’s most famous race will showcase a special edition that will be available, in a limited edition and with exact same specs to what the riders will wear, on the team’s official store, movistarteamshop.com.

The new jersey relies on the same quality offered by renowned Scottish firm Endura from the beginning of the season, with its Coldblack technology offering great protection against UV and UPF rays, avoiding overheating and helping the Movistar Team riders to put up with high temperatures they’ll have to bear on their journey across France in the month of July.
