Eneco Tour's individual time trial marked by intermitent drizzles turning the route into a skating field, Movistar Team riders avoid crashes With no chances in the overall classification, the Movistar Team riders sticked to limit losses and avoid any troubles in a difficult race due to the rain. The 14.7k individual time trial around the city of Roermond, back into the Netherlands, was complicated by the intermitent showers falling into an already tricky course that saw many crashes happening. The members from the telephone squad, despite some difficult moments in the sharpest corners across the ITT, could complete their rides with no incidents, with Branislau Samoilau on top, 16th, 41 seconds off the pace of winner Jesse Sergent (RSH). The riders in Blue will face this weekend the two key stages of the Eneco Tour, now led by Boasson Hagen (SKY): the first one, the race's fifth into the Benelux, will be a 189k loop around Ghent.
