Analysis

The 44th edition of the Vuelta a Murcia goes to back to one of its most famous finishes since it started being held as a one-day event. One that offers chances to the attackers, while also supporting the options of those with a strong sprint.

After getting, halfway through the race -105km from the end-, over the traditional Collado Bermejo (Cat-1) via Aledo (Cat-3), the race will go down to the capital to climb the Cresta del Gallo (Cat-3). From its top, it’s just 12km to go and a very tricky descent towards the Gran Vía.
