Iberia will be the official airline of Movistar Team after both parties signed an agreement that will allow the squad -with their two rosters on both the World Tour and the America Tour- profit from the flying facilities by the Spanish corporation, as well in Europe as in Latin America.

Iberia is the first air transportation enterprise in Spain, the third in Europe and the sixth in the world in annual turnover. Besides, it’s the leading company in the Europe-Latin American joint market, with the best offer of destinations and flying frequencies.

As a result of this agreement, the riders of the cycling team will profit from exceptional conditions on their trips. In turn, Iberia will be making part of the Movistar Team corporations club. This collaboration project will be developed throughout the seaosn and is expected to offer special fares to the the members of the Movistar Team supporters’ club that will be launched soon.
