Just 120 kilometers -the route to be covered tomorrow from Rambouillet to the Parisian circuit of the Champs-Élysées- separate Brit Bradley Wiggins (SKY) from the overall victory in the 99th Tour de France after a long, decisive ITT -53.5 kilometers from Bonneval to Chartres- where two of the Movistar Team riders, Vasil Kiryienka and Rubén Plaza, completed a notable performance after a harsh race for both from injuries sustained at the stage 6 crash in Metz.

The Belarus rider finished in 8th place, always within the best ten at all three intermediate time checks and confirming the great form leading him to get on the breakaways at both Alps and Pyrenees, as well as yesterday. In turn, the Spaniard clocked the 13th best time after a great ascending progression in the finale, influenced by wind changes that affected the last participants. Behind, Rui Costa and Alejandro Valverde confirmed their respective top-20 placings overall, the GC to be confirmed tomorrow after the parade in Paris.
