Blues confirm six-man lineup confirmed for the UCI World Time Trial Championships, opening race of the Qatar week

Andrey Amador (CRC), Jonathan Castroviejo (ESP), Alex Dowsett (GBR), Imanol Erviti (ESP), Nelson Oliveira (POR) and Jasha Sütterlin (GER) are the six riders selected by Eusebio Unzué to represent the Movistar Team at the TTT Worlds held in Doha, capital city of Qatar, on Sunday 9 October.

The telephone squad will take on a completely flat route – more suited to pure specialists rather than allrounders like the Blues – from the Lusail Sports Complex to The Pearl. The Blues, directed by Unzué himself as well as José Luis Arrieta, to hope to close in again on the bronze medal they got thirteen months ago in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to their third spot in the USA, they had finished twice sixth (Ponferrada, 2014; Valkenburg, 2012) and once tenth in Florence, 2013.
