Two days before the start of the 'Grande Boucle'

Telefonica squad trains together for first time in Germany, attends teams’ presentation before Saturday’s TT start to the 104th Tour de France

A day of routines, yet with an everlasting sense of anticipation, was lived by the Movistar Team’s nine Tour de France selectees on Thursday.

The Blue squad, whose entire expedition reached Germany’s Düsseldorf from their respective countries on Wednesday, trained together for the first time today under grey clouds – a symptom of the rain expected for the weekend in the northwestern part of the country.

After attending the riders’ briefing and posing for ASO’s official pictures, the likes of Quintana, Valverde and co. jumped onto the stage of the Burgplatz square for the teams’ presentation, prelude to the Grand Depart on Saturday (14km ITT).

Before that, Nairo will be speaking to the media on Friday at the Tour’s Press Center.
