La Course
96 Kilometers
Loyal to its itinerant style, La Course offers in its 7th edition a route where both attackers and sprinters can seek for their chances, with no big elevations close to the finish.
Held in Nice this year, at the Grand Départ of the men’s TDF, the race is 96km long, with two laps of a long circuit around the Côte de Rimiez, nearly 6km at 5%. The ascent continues with some ups and downs for an additional 8km, until the peloton reaches the town of Aspremont.
That final section will be crested with more than 30km to go, which could allow those teams looking to regroup themselves and bring the peloton back together a chance to work before the end.
