Coppa Sabatini

A quite more intrincate and Classics-like profile from the previous Italian autumn races will allow one-day specialists take the better from its rivals at the Coppa Sabatini, which could also suit some sprinters with its famous uphill finish in Peccioli.

Following an initial, point-to-point section of about 40km, five laps will be covered of a tough first circuit, overcoming Montefoscoli -850m at 10.5%- and Terriciola, gentler and more irregular, combined with a passage around Peccioli’s finishing area, over 800m at 11%. The final circuit -two laps-, which only features the climb towards the finish, contains 1.1km at almost 6%.
