Two events in her home country

Aussie rider to compete at Nationals road race in Buninyong (Jan 7th) prior to Santos Women's Tour (11th-14th)

Rachel Neylan will get off to a very early debut as part of the women’s Movistar Team. The 35-year-old Australian rider will compete in her home country at two top-level races: the National road race championships in Buninyong, on Sunday 7th, and the Santos Women’s Tour (Thursday 11th – Sunday 14th), female version of the Tour Down Under which will see her male team-mates starting their competitive schedule for 2018.

The debut as a group –Neylan will race the Women’s Tour as part of a national squad sponsored by UniSA- of the Jorge Sanz-managed team will have to wait until late February (22nd to 26th), at the Setmana Ciclista Valenciana (UCI 2.2).
