Giro dell'Emilia

The Santuario di San Luca in Bolonia, one of the most traditional finishes in Italian cycling, will receive again the Movistar Team at the 105th Giro dell’Emilia, usually the main dress rehearsal for those aiming at success the following Saturday in Il Lombardia.

The 2.2km climb, with double-digital slopes, will be overcome five times into a final circuit starting with 40 kilometers to go. Before that, a point-to-point section will feature only two longer ascents: Ca’ Bortolami (87km) and Medelana (127km).
