Male Team 15 Mar
Milano-Torino
192 Kilometers
The final part of the race will be broadcast on Eurosport 1 and GCN, at 2.35pm.
Once again, after its position in the calendar was brought to the slot immediately prior to Milano-Sanremo’s, the first Monument of the men’s classics season, Milano-Torino, which previously ended with the spectacular Superga circuit, will be the sprinters’ best rehearsal before seeking for glory in the ‘Classicissima’.
The 192km course between Rho, west from Lombardy’s capital, and Orbassano, next to Piedmont’s biggest city, will not feature any significant climbs. If crosswinds don’t split the bunch in advance, it’s a perfect route for the biggest teams to test their ‘trains’, just three days before the best classics specialists come into the peloton before the Via Roma.
