It’s usually a very early start from Busto Arsizio, and 2024 will not be different – 8.50am neutral. The finish in Varese is expected around 12.30pm CEST.

Analysis

Just like in 2023, the Movistar Team will bid farewell to the seventh season of its women’s squad with the Tre Valli Varesine, a race which slightly modifies its route on on year four of its trajectory as it extends one of its downhill sections, changes a climb and create a longer final circuit, 15km with two climbs.

The ascent of Montello (2km, 5.2%) will be combined with the Salita del Ronchi / Casbeno (2.5km, 5%), the latter crested just over 1km before the finish line. Six laps will be covered this year -seven Ronchi ascents-.
