Brabantse Pijl

The Brabantse Pijl will again play for the Movistar Team and the women’s peloton the role of link between the cobbled and Ardennes classics, a mixture of climbs and pavé with which we finally bid farewell to the ‘kasseien’ in 2024 and start looking upwards. One where the biggest names in the peloton usually win.

Compared to the route from previous years, the final circuit in Overijse removes the climb to Hagaard and retains the other four: Hertstraat (cobbled; 700m at 4%), Moskesstraat (also cobbled; 500m at nearly 8%), Holstheide (1km at 5%) and the climb near the finish, known with the name of ‘S turn’ (S-bocht), due to its picturesque form from the chopper view. It’s 1.3km at 4%, right before taking on the finishing straight.
