TT training before their 2019 debut

Duo of top Spanish specialists refine TT position before travelling to Alicante with the whole women's Movistar Team.

Two days before the start of the 2019 season for the women’s Movistar Team at the Vuelta CV, Mavi García and Sheyla Gutiérrez visited the velodrome of Tafalla, near Pamplona in the squad’s home Navarra region, to finetune their aero and biomechanic setups on the Canyon TT bikes prior to their debut.

García, the current Spanish TT champion, and Gutiérrez, a two-time medalist in the event, shared an afternoon of training before travelling this weekend – together with the whole group led by Jorge Sanz and Sebastián Unzué – to the team’s training camp in Calpe (February 11th – 11th).
