Following last Saturday’s Strade Bianche classic in Italy, the Movistar Team will complete its Charity Jersey initiative –a kit designed and selected by the fans of the Spanish team during lockdown- with an auction of 10 of the kits used by their riders during the event, all of them signed by the team.

The Movistar Team will launch two auctions per day from Monday and through Friday 7th August, with one Alé jersey from the men’s team and another one from the women’s team. Every auction will finish at midnight CEST, with a starting price of €90.

The Telefónica-backed squad’s initiative, supported by digital platform Mercadillo Solidario, will take all proceeds obtained with these auctions to the Spanish Red Cross and Italy’s Protezione Civile, two institutions heavily involved in taking care of those most struck by the global health crisis.
