GP Plouay
101.1 Kilometers
In a different date -the race was usually held on a Saturday-, in the middle of a unique schedule -with the 2020 European Road Championships held over the same course- and with a parcours shorter than in previous years, the GP Plouay resumes the WorldTour calendar after nearly a month of inactivity, with its 22nd edition starting a first long block of big races for the women’s Movistar Team towards the World Championships (pending a new venue).
The 101-kilometer course comprises an early road section and four final, local laps of a circuit different to previous years, with three climbs to be tackled: Lezot (1.4km, 3.9%), Lann Payot (1.3km, 2.6%) and the new Pont-Neuf (1.5km, 4.2%), whose summit will be just 2km from each passage through the finish.
