Liège-Bastogne-Liège
152.9 Kilometers
The race will be broadcast live on Eurosport.
The demanding eighth edition of the ‘Doyenne’ puts the icing on top of the spring classics cake, over a course identical in its final part to the one the men will cover ninety minutes earlier.
Ten climbs in total, including the iconic Saint-Roch almost from the bang, to then tackle almost all hard points of the race (for 2,800 meters of elevation gain) into the last 95km.
To note is the trio of Wanne-Stockeu-Haute Levée (starting with 88km to go), the long Col du Rosier (-60km) and the Côte de Desnié (-47km) before the two brutal, decisive ones: La Redoute, with 34km remaining, and the Roche-aux-Faucons, just 13km before the line.
